The role
Skills Required:
- Strong communicator (Essential)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Essential)
- Team Player (Essential)
- Organisational/Administration Skills (Essential)
- Experience with SAGE 50cloud Payroll (Highly Desirable)
- Working knowledge of Recruitment and Compliance (Desirable)
You will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultant and support the General Manager with payroll, alongside supporting with shift allocation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the General Manager with payroll (Full training will be provided)
- CV Sifting
- Be a part of the office on call rota to support staff and clients out of hours.
- Supporting the Recruitment Consultant with compliance checks such as right to work, SSSC and NMC Pin Checks
- Booking interviews and organising training
