The Role:
Business Development Telesales Advisor

As a Business Development Telesales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our growth and success by:


  • Engaging Business Leaders: You'll set appointments with business owners and leaders, introducing them to our expert Property Consultants across the nation.

What We Look For:

Experience in Telesales: A minimum of one year's experience exceeding targets in a telesales environment.

Skill Set: Exceptional negotiation, objection handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Drive: Motivation and ambition, with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and identify new business opportunities.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Competitive Salary: £23000 starting salary with an uncapped commission structure, offering O.T.E in excess of £32,000.

Working Hours:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM. Enjoy weekends off and the opportunity for overtime.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
