Senior Support Worker (Poplars)

Salary:
£11.56/hr
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, including alternate weekend working.
Poplars in Mirfield is a 12-bed residential service for adults and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behavioural support needs.
The home is lively, vibrant, and no two days are ever the same The team are highly skilled and able to support the adults with a range of meaningful activities and daily life skills.
As a senior support worker, you will be responsible for conduction staff supervisions, organising training for staff, planning the rota with the manager and deputy manager, administering and auditing of medications, and ensuring care plans and other paperwork is up to date and completed to a high standard.
