The role

You will become a specialist within your sector and deliver an exceptional recruitment service.


You will be given all the training, support and mentoring you would need to have a long and rewarding career within recruitment.

We have an extensive tech stack which cuts out all the mundane boring bits of recruitment and allows you to have more time focusing on delivering a first-class recruitment service to our clients.

About you

  • Previous experience of working in the construction market will be highly advantageous.
  • You will have strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • You will be able to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
  • You will be comfortable in a target driven environment and thrive on hitting monthly milestones.
