About the role:


Key areas of responsibility:


  • Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, health and safety compliance, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of PCR kits to customers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive NPI projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance metrics and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a sciencerelated field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry, preferably in PCR kit development and manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
