Description

Customer Service and Sales

  • Proactive and reactive customer service and sales calls
  • Sales and up selling
  • Supporting external Sales team, trainers and engineers
  • Diary Management for Sales team, trainers and engineers
  • Maintaining the CRM to a high degree of accuracy
  • Process orders with high levels of attention to detail
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Team members
  • Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
  • Processing orders on the same day as they are received
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to every customer
  • Contribute towards monthly sales target by converting sales orders

Customer Service and Sales requirements:


  • Totally customer service focused
  • Up selling and supporting the sales team
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic to hit targets
  • Always looking for opportunities to continually improve personally and as a company
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good communication skills in both Written and oral communications.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and CRMs.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Team
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Preferably to have additional language skills

Experience (Essential/Desirable):


  • Essential experience in a customer servicerelated role
  • Desirable experience in a sales environment

Salary and Benefits:


  • 9am5pm Monday to Friday flexibility on working hours
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
