OUTPATIENTS is the UK's LGBTIQ+ cancer charity. We are proudly patient-led by and for the LGBTIQ+ community affected by cancer._ (Previously known as Live Through This)_

Our peer support service started in 2019 and has been consistent throughout the charity's operation, including through the pandemic.

We are now expanding our service and have a vacancy for a new Peer Services Lead position within our small team.

The Peer Services Lead position is an exciting opportunity to join our well respected cancer charity and help shape our growing services.

This is very much a lead from the front role, our service lead will hold frontline responsibilities as well as their management responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with a great combination of skills.

You will need to have proven experience of managing and leading a peer service or similar and demonstrate some experience with cancer services, either professional or by lived experience.
