Podium Recruitment Limited is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Sales within the IVA sector who is looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well-backed client.

This opportunity could lead to progression through to Directorstatus within the business.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of up to £50,000 with an OTE of £100,000+ working Monday to Friday.

If you were already in this Head of Sales role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

Managing and growing a team of lead Generators and Financial Solution Advisors
Helping the team with questions and knowledge around best practice
Undertaking onetoone meetings with team members to ensure they are on track and set goals for each individual
Ensuring KPIS are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture
A track record of managing and managing operation sales staff
Knowledge of the industry with the ambition and experience to grow an ambitious company
