We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic QC Team Leader to join a team of highly passionate scientists.

My client, a pharmaceutical company in West Sussex, specializes in research and development for allergy treatments.

You will be working with a skilled team of scientists and business specialists whose major goal is to transform the way we think about immunology.

Your primary responsibilities will include

Managing the Biochemistry team for the approval of technical documents.
Collaborating with other team leaders to ensure Health and Safety in the QC labs.
Overseeing the planning and tracking of workload and processes for the QC team.
Developing and recruiting of new team members.
Functioning as a point of contact for requests coming into the Biochemistry team.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Biochemistry or any related field.
Experience of performing Biochemistry tests like Elisa, SDS-PAGE, etc.
Experience as a team leader managing a QC lab team in a GMP regulated environment.

Pay:
£22,996.29-£44,690.95 per year
