Calling Center Representative

Responsibilities:

Quality home solutions is a small business in Bournemouth. We are fast-paced, demanding and rewarding.


Job Title:
Customer Support Representative


A rare opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic, high energy & forward thinking team of Telephone Professionals, based in our central Bournemouth office.

Weekly Pay


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with order placement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements:


  • Good command of the English language
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not essential due to full training provided
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Experience:

£13,376.14-£60,000.00 per year
