The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, with sales background, to join our commercial team.

You'll be reporting to the Globsl VP Sales and Business Development and working within the Commercial team.

This role will provide an opportunity for you to enhance and develop your existing commercial skills as well as be involved with the lucrative market of Cyber Security.


You will be directly responsible for supporting the UK sales and business development operations, as well as assisting with the administration related to International accounts.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Administrating, and assisting in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships that have Cyber Security needs.
  • Assisting with the management of potential and current clients' needs.
  • Assisting with the researching and recruiting of new business partners.
  • Assisting with answering daytoday client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working according to procedures, with the company's CRM system and additional IT resources, maintaining continuous reporting into the company's IT resources.
  • Assisting with the presentation and the selling of our USPs to clients.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth performance of campaigns.
  • Helping to train and guide junior members of the team.
  • Assisting Finance and Operations with a variety of related tasks. Communicate with Management and Technical Expert teams regarding various customerrelated activities.

This role will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven work experience as an administrator or another equivalent role, with experience in sales administration processes.
  • You have a demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • You've had 2 years + experience in administrating clientrelated projects.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You are familiar in working with google docs projects.
  • You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify issues and make creative recommendations.
  • You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to work within a team and independently.
  • You're selfmotivated.
