    Office Administrator - Facilities Management

    Hybrid working opportunity, 2 days per week from home after training.

    We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team within the Facilities Management sector in Uddingston, Glasgow.

    • Manage and respond to high volume job requests and updates via shared inbox.

    • Track job progress using Excel and internal systems.

    • Generate and send client invoices using Sage Accounts.

    • Process purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing and approvals.

    • Answer client and field staff calls, providing updates and resolving queries.

    • Support general office administration and assist other departments as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in facilities management, construction, or trade services.

    • Confident user of Sage Accounts or similar invoicing system.

    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

    • Excellent organisational and timekeeping abilities.

    • Team player with proactive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
