Qualifications / Skills:

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Document / Data Controller or similar role.
  • Familiarity with best practice systems and protocols.
  • Confident decisionmaker.
  • Comfortable engaging in meetings and leading discussions.
  • Understanding of commercial and business activities.
  • General administrative proficiency.

Job Purpose:
As the Document and Data Controller, you'll ensure documents and data are organized, stored, retrieved, and distributed efficiently.

Your role involves collaborating with diverse teams and clients, assisting project surveyors in document and data management, and upholding ISO initiatives and legal requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain an efficient document/data control management system.
  • Develop and implement document/data control procedures and workflows.
  • Distribute documents accurately and promptly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor document progress and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, revisions, and archiving.
  • Facilitate document retrieval for authorized personnel.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather, organize, and distribute documents.
  • Provide training and support on document control procedures and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Offer general administrative support as required.
