Job Title:
Finance Manager - Property development

Location:
Leeds (south)


Salary:
£46k to £50k

Property development and investment group based in South Leeds are needing a Finance Manager. The company is well established and progression to Head of Finance is on offer within a defined time scale.

About you:

  • We can look at part qualified, fully qualified or qualified by experience for this role
  • You must have knowledge of residential & commercial property accountancy
  • You will be a team player and be prepared to do all types of accountancy work
  • Have an analytical and inquisitive mind

Duties:


  • Managing one staff
  • Liaising with the property team to ensure rental incomes are up to date
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Management accounts production and group consolidation
  • VAT on residential and commercial property
