Are you ready for a challenging role in a fastpaced environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and an organised individual to join our Transport team as an Administrator.
You'll be an integral part of our transport planning process, working closely with our Transport Planner to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Transport Planner in daily work planning, including job bookings, permits, and driver schedule management.
Utilise realtime dynamic routing to maximize job completion rates and optimize efficiency.
Coordinate job bookings, communicate with customers, and handle rescheduling when needed.

Maintain regular communication with our Secure

Collection Operatives/Assistance, providing them with the necessary support throughout the day.
Conduct daily debriefing sessions with the SCO's/SCA's to gather valuable insights and feedback.
Analyse routes and revenue to ensure optimal vehicle allocation, maximising efficiency.
Deliver excellent customer service by effectively resolving inquiries and collaborating with team members.
