Would you like to work in a secondary school English Department, supporting students through the KS3 & KS4 English curriculum?
If you're a graduate looking for experience, prior to starting a teacher training programme in the near futurethis is the role for you

  • English Academic Coach
** £70 - £80 per day, term-time only

  • January 2023 start - July 2023 finish
  • Secondary school based in South Birmingham
** 1:1 and small group English intervention support

We are currently looking for an English graduate to work as an Academic Coach to work in a secondary school based in South Birmingham.

As an Academic Coach, you will be working in the English Department, supporting students through the English curriculum.

Ona 1:1 and small group basis, you will be responsible for helping raise the attainment levels and bridge the gap between these students and their peers.

The school is based in South Birmingham, not far from the Bristol Road (just outside of Northfield).

Over the past 8 years, the school have steadily been improving, going from a requires improvement to an outstanding school.

The Headteacher has been with theschool for 7 years and has the perfect position for a graduate looking to gain experience, prior to teacher training.
