- Will be working alongside the estimation team
- Prioritising own workload and involvements in projects to take account of overall department workloads
- Provide support to prepare financial estimates of commercial fitting out and refurbishment projects
- To provide all estimates and reports on a computerised spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) in a standardised format
- Preparation of Contract documentation
- Ensure all tender documentation is accurately created
- Using estimating software to do take offs of drawings
- Working closely with the team to implement new estimating system
- You will be part of a team of around 2 or 3, working together to ensure efficiency at all times. You will have the desire to progress and develop in all areas and the motivation to make a difference. Along with hitting deadlines and getting stuck in where ever needed. For the right person opportunity to develop into estimating.
