Job summary
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Group Services team on a 12 month contract.This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced technology and data-focused office where large volumes of ecological survey data are generated and managed.
- You'll be handling first-line software and hardware queries, support new starters, help keep systems running smoothly,
- You'll also regularly interact with colleagues at all levels — from field staff and analysts through to senior leaders — so clear communication and a calm, helpful approach are essential.
