Our EC Welcome Experience plays a pivotal role in integrating our new population, setting them up for success as they begin their career.
As a result, an opportunity has emerged for an Early Careers Onboarding Lead to join us on a fixed term basis to help shape and deliver the design for the Welcome Experience.
The Early Careers onboarding lead will work closely with the Welcome Experience Design Lead to shape and bring the design to life through translating requirements into actions e.g.
You will manage the delivery of design through others and delegating to various specialists in a multi-disciplinary team, including content creators, coordinators, technical experts and working with other members across the Arup People Team to create high value outcomes.
In this role you will ensure the business are briefed and ready to welcome new intake - this will include partnering closely and influencing various stakeholders, taking ownership of design of sessions and communicating effectively to a large and varied range of stakeholders (e.g. leadership populations, early careers forums, current early career members, line managers) and providing oversight and quality checking of documents and formal communications. Evaluating and adapting design to ensure user and business requirements are being met.Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
- Are passionate and have demonstrable experience of delivering quality learning design.
- You will have proven ability to build, develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels and adapt to different audiences.
- Ability to plan through project methodology/ project approach, working in a project team environment, you'll have strong collaboration skills, strong organisational skills and an ability to manage a varied and changeable workload with a degree of ambiguity.
- Possess Learning & Development, Psychology, Organisation Development or Early Careers experience
- A design thinking philosophy that puts user experience at the heart of learning design
