Duty Manager


Hours:40 hours a week

Rate of Pay:
Up to £11.24 per hour

With strong team leadership experience, you'll ensure every guest is welcomed with a warm smile and the great service we're known for.

You'll be hands on during your shift and able to work in a busy fast paced environment.

You'll support, coach, and motivate your team on shift to deliver our brand standards and a lovable guest experience to every guest, every time.

Always role modelling whatgreat looks like.

Supporting guests checking into their room to looking after customers in our restaurant and bar - even making and serving tasty snacks.

All to make everyone feel at home throughout their stay with us.

What does it take to join our team as a Duty Manager?


A genuine desire to deliver the very best guest experience by making everyone feel special, from your guests to your teammates.

A commitment to leading your team every shift. A passion for food, drink and hospitality. Talking about, and recommending, whatwe do and sell. An ability to get everyone to want to play their part in delivering the hotels sales targets. Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues across the hotel to make sure the hotel is running safely and efficiently. Stepping up when thingsget busy. Being comfortable with using technology. Being keen to help, learn quickly and offer a great service - always with a smile.

You really don't need to have worked in a hotel before - thanks to our fantastic training, we can teach you all you need toknow to create a stay that our guests will love and remember.
