A sales support administrator job in Sheffield, South Yorkshire administrating property sales, dealing with clients throughout the UK, liaising with clients for new instructions, ensuring that services and products are completed in a timely and efficientmanner.
Main Duties:
A well-known and established national estate agency company require an administrator to work closely with new build developers, estate agency staff and clients looking to buy and exchange properties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside all parties, you will ensure that services and products are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- As an administrator living in the Sheffield area you will take an active role in your team to drive and deliver success, always pushing for consistently high service standards and performance.
- Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals.
- Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
- Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.
- Liaise with external parties to obtain information, documentation and progress the property to achieve the best price in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Always challenge everything to ensure that the actions that we take and suggest to our clients deliver a positive customer outcome.

Remuneration:
£20,000 to £22,0000 basic, 28 days holiday, pension, competitive OTE with incentives and rewards, OTE £24,000 - £25,000

- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of client requirements, mandates and SLAs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail to ensure system is updated accurately, instructions followed on time and work output is presented in a professional manner.
