An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join Lea Hall Academy, a purpose-built special school in Kitts Green.
Lea Hall Academy is part of Forward Education Trust, (established in 2017) serving special schools across the West Midland area.
Successful applicants will be able to contribute to the planning and evaluation of learning activities with teaching staff in order to plan and deliver high quality educational provision for our young people.
All applicants must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent and be able to evidence this.
We are looking for highly effective, creative, and inspirational Teaching Assistants who will be able to enthuse and engage our autistic learners and support them to develop and reach their potential.
