    Job Title: Services Engagement Manager (SEM)

    The Role

    This critical role ensures successful customer engagements during scoping and planning phases. The Services Engagement Manager sets up customers for success, representing the entire value proposition behind a Veeva ClinData Implementation.

    The SEM acts as a solution expert working closely with sales, strategy, and services teams. They structure solutions, set expectations, and identify project charters, including staffing, timeframes, and associated costs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Align services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects.
    • Set client and internal stakeholder expectations for long-term success.
    • Provide awareness and alignment with partner ecosystems.
    • Position support, training, and other solutions for a successful customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects.
    • Data capture understanding for clinical trials domain, including EDC, IVRS, safety systems, CTMS, and downstream databases.
    • Familiarity with Life Sciences Industry.
    • Ability to engage audiences and negotiate skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience interpreting clinical protocols.
    • SaaS/Cloud experience in delivery.

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
