Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars and schedules
  • Work with tenants to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage office inventory and supplies
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper office branding and signage.
  • Work with the marketing team on office promotions and events.
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an office setting preferred. Lettings experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while remaining flexible and flexible with others.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 27.5 per week


Salary:
£13,000.00 per year
