Office Administration Assistant
Elliott Environmental Services Ltd is a highly regarded and dynamic Air Conditioning & Renewables Contractor working from a bright modern office with parking in Yeovil.
We are looking for an office administration assistant to work alongside our office manager.
The role offers a great opportunity for someone who would enjoy being in a busy and varied role with excellent opportunities to develop.
The role is part time with a requirement for 24 hours a week across - 4 days around which there can be some degree of flexibility.
- The key responsibilities will be as follows:_
- Support the Project Management Team including Stock Management the Ordering of Materials for Projects and for the Office.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for Engineers and Project Managers
- Posting of Sales and Supplier invoices on Sage plus other general accounting support
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Manage the submission of the weekly timesheets
- Vehicle Fleet Management (Services, MOT's and Repairs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
Job Type:

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£12.75 per hour
