Office Administration Assistant


Elliott Environmental Services Ltd is a highly regarded and dynamic Air Conditioning & Renewables Contractor working from a bright modern office with parking in Yeovil.

The company undertakes a wide range of interesting projects mostly in the South West of UK and London.

We are looking for an office administration assistant to work alongside our office manager.

The role offers a great opportunity for someone who would enjoy being in a busy and varied role with excellent opportunities to develop.

The role is part time with a requirement for 24 hours a week across - 4 days around which there can be some degree of flexibility.


  • The key responsibilities will be as follows:_
  • Support the Project Management Team including Stock Management the Ordering of Materials for Projects and for the Office.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for Engineers and Project Managers
  • Posting of Sales and Supplier invoices on Sage plus other general accounting support
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Manage the submission of the weekly timesheets
  • Vehicle Fleet Management (Services, MOT's and Repairs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.75 per hour
