  • To ensure that all staff are trained to the required level of competence in line with the customer airline, airport and Menzies Aviation standards through training courses both classroom based and practical training.
  • To assist the development of new training material that may be required due to airline requirements or new procedures.
  • To input and collate correct training record data via the Menzies Aviation LMS Empower.
  • To ensure all staff training records are up to date and correct for internal & external company, airline or controlling authority audits.
  • To assist, report & manage any airline or company trials that maybe required for the improvement of the operation & integrity of our customer airlines.
  • To be flexible in attending any future courses that could be required at any time by both current & future customer airlines in order to produce training packages and to enable them to carry out regulatory & mandatory training.
  • Attend external courses as required to develop & enhance skills base.
  • To be a role model within the operation at all times.
  • Provide on the job training to all new employees with in the business.
  • To assist within the Presentation operation as and when required.
  • Any other reasonable request from the Presentation Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You will be computer literate & competent with Microsoft Office Packages (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • You will be flexible in your approach and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
  • You will be flexible in your working hours to suit the operation & training
  • Previous Training experience desirable but not necessary as full training will be given
  • Presentation experience required
