Receptionist (Temp to Perm) - Mildenhall, United Kingdom - Xpert Resourcing Ltd
Description
This is a busy role and will involve:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and other guests.
- Management of meeting room bookings and ensure bookings are cancelled if not required. Ensure rooms are clean after use.
- Answer telephone in a polite manner and take clear messages, ensuring these are forwarded to relevant member of staff or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and arranging couriers when required.
- Management and maintenance of coffee machine.
- Efficiently track office supplies/stock and order as required.
- Compete regular checks of workplace and environment to ensure safe working conditions.
- Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors.
- Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for use.
- Reprographics (assistance for other departments/teams) as requested, such as Photocopying and printing documents on behalf of other teams and collating and scanning documents.
- Assist marketing team with any printing of work for seminars.
- Write a Reception Standard Operating Procedure.
