Description

This is a busy role and will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and other guests.
  • Management of meeting room bookings and ensure bookings are cancelled if not required. Ensure rooms are clean after use.
  • Answer telephone in a polite manner and take clear messages, ensuring these are forwarded to relevant member of staff or department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and arranging couriers when required.
  • Management and maintenance of coffee machine.
  • Efficiently track office supplies/stock and order as required.
  • Compete regular checks of workplace and environment to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors.
  • Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for use.
  • Reprographics (assistance for other departments/teams) as requested, such as Photocopying and printing documents on behalf of other teams and collating and scanning documents.
  • Assist marketing team with any printing of work for seminars.
  • Write a Reception Standard Operating Procedure.
