  • Job Title: Field Support Weekend Executive
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: £9,650.00 per annum
  • Hours: 15 hours working week (Saturday and Sunday Shifts)
  • What is this role of a Field Support Weekend Executive?
  • As a Field Support Executive you will be working within a small team with other experienced professionals. The role includes dispatching jobs to our FSC team who are based in Serbia. You will also be handling a variety of queries from the FSC team as well as other departments. Some of the responsibilities include making outbound calls, mailbox management, liaising with various departments, telecommunication providers and field engineers about all aspects of our ATMs. Your role is to put into place a plan of action to ensure the lowest down time possible for any ATM. With upwards of 1.5 million individual transactions every single day this job is great for people who are able to multi task and think on their feet.
  • This role requires you to think outside the box and problem solve, escalating to appropriate management where guidance is required. You are required to work as part of a team as well as an individual to ensure that set KPI's are achieved.
  • What will I be doing as a Field Support Weekend Executive?
  • Provide a personable and professional service, usually under pressure.
  • Handle a wide variety of engineering queries from across the UK.
  • Manage 'Tickets' on the inhouse database, ensuring a high level of organization.
  • Processing Adhoc requests, managing resources and work to key processes.
  • Ensuring engineer queries and issues are followed through until completion
  • Additional responsibilities/training:
  • Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
  • Multitask and make key decisions.
  • What Will I Need to Succeed as a Field Support Weekend Executive?
  • Good team player.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • An understanding of technology and experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word to track work flow, daily tasks and assisting in personal organisation.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Saturday: 8am 5pm with 30 min break
  • Sunday: 9am 4pm with 30 min break
