Support Assistant

Our client based in central London is currently looking for a support assistant to join the team

The company has over 20 years' experience implementing design-driven technology solutions for financial and professional services firms to create high quality, branded content.

Install, configure, and test software

Respond to and analyse client feedback

Liaise with developers when resolving issues

Assist managing product development and support systems

Experience with

Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Verbal and written communication

Visual and technical detail with a systematic approach to diagnosis and fault finding

Looking for someone with at least a years' commercial experience in an IT support function (possibly could have been within a Uni placement year).

This is a Hybrid role 3 days in 2 days at home

Salary 25-28k according to experience

Pension scheme

Bonus scheme (discretionary)

Private Healthcare after successful completion of 6 months' probation
