EAC Consulting Group are working in partnership with a specialist leisure supplier company located in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their busy Installation and Aftersales Team on a 14-month FTC.


On Offer for the Project Coordinator

  • Annual Salary £26,000 £29,000
  • 14month fixed term contract

The Project Coordinator Role

  • Reporting to the Operations Lead and Head of Installation the Project Coordinator will assist the sales and installation teams and external customers in the planning and procurement phases of the company's projects, offering a high level of customer servicethroughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • The Project Coordinator will liaise with sales, presales and Contract Managers to determine the scope, sequencing, specifications and coordination of works in line with the company and customers' expectations.
  • As Project Coordinator you will liaise directly with the factory, third party suppliers and logistics partners ensuring clear communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Overall, the Project Coordinator will take responsibility for the procurement process through purchase order approvals to invoicing and will also process warranty claims internally while communicating to clients the resolution of any claims.

The ideal Project Coordinator

  • A positive customer focused individual with the ability to work on their own initiative or collaboratively with others.
  • Experienced with Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/Project/Mail Merge).
