Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical companionship based care in the community and has over 220 + offices nationwide. The
North Warwickshire, Tamworth & Lichfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGiver's who look after our older client's in their own homes within their community.


Home Instead prides itself on our fantastic team of CAREGivers, and they truly give their all to their clients, working within their own communities ensuring that the people who need support and assistance get the very best level of service possible.


There really is no rush with us, all of our client visits are for a minimum of one hour, so the CAREGivers have the opportunity to really support the client and develop a lasting relationship with the people they work with.


We look after people who reside in the following locations :Tamworth, Lichfield and surrounding villages, and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.


It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just travelling to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.

Job Description:


We are specifically seeking people who may not have previously considered a career in CAREGiving because they may have heard or had experience of rushing from one client to another.


At
Home Instead our philosophy is to keep people remaining in their own homes for as long as possible and we do this by really supporting and assisting the clients in every aspect of their care.

We assist our clients by helping with a combination of needs and include:


  • Offering companionship and conversation

Offering companionship and conversation

perform light housekeeping tasks:

Accompany to hospital and other appointments:

Shopping trips:

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet needs:


  • Assist to eat and drink:

Help with meal preparation


Every client has their own Care and Support plan and we assist each client with the support that is bespoke to them and addresses their individual needs and requirements.

Qualifications:


We provide Award Winning Training and Assessment so therefore we do not require any specific previous academic or work related experience, just an abundance of common sense.

Additional Information

As a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay £10.40 per hour and excellent support. Full driving licence is required and vehicle
