Role Overview:
- Responsible for the creation of instore Point Of Sale (POS) in line with brand guidelines and promotional launches;
- Work with data supplied by the Buying team and turn this into the instore POS packs using our bespoke POS software;
- Develop a solid working relationship with the wider Buying team, ensuring regular and effective communication on all promotional activities;
- Act as the first point of contact for any adhoc POS requests and work with the wider Buying team on any additional promotions which require signage;
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with data supplied to create POS in line with store requirements and brand guidelines
- Develop and nurture solid working relationships with Channel-Island based printers to ensure POS is printed and dispatched correctly;
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Marketing and Store teams, handling any adhoc POS requests they may have,
- Forward plan POS and budget activity to ensure each store has a suitable POS package and ensure we are working costeffectively;
- Address and identify any opportunities to improve processes and save money
- Maintain a record of print jobs and oversee, monitor and report on POS spend
- Keep the POS software uptodate and accurate
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all SandpiperCI policies and procedures;
- As necessary, work out of the role to meet customer and business needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Effective time management;
- Strong communicator;
- Methodical with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure when working to tight deadlines;
- Selfmotivator who can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Ability to work across multiple brands;
- Strong analytic ability and problemsolver;
- Experience in POS creation and management software
- Adobe CC skills; in design
- Retail marketing experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
Salary:
- £20,000 -£22,000 DOE
- 37.5 hours per week
