Based in our
London office; we are currently looking for a Reconciliations Analystto join our Investment Operations team on an FTC basis
.

To undertake all aspects of the reconciliation of cash and assets, including the reconciliation of client portfolios held by third parties (typically Discretionary Fund Managers) to the company's business systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies, to ensure records are kept up to date, in accordance with regulatory standards, industry good practice and company policies, practices and procedures.

• Ensuring that all reconciliations are undertaken promptly and accurately within agreed timeframes
• Liaising with Third Party Providers to obtain information and query any differences or missing information
• Working to defined Process Management guidelines to achieve agreed SLA's/KPI's.
• Participate in team meetings & look for ways to improve service and processes.
• To assist the Investment Operations Team Leader with 'adhoc' projects and in other tasks
• Acquire, expand and retain sound product knowledge of relevant company products and awareness of their attributes and rules.
• To report promptly to the Company's Money Laundering Reporting Officer any known or suspected money laundering activities
• To act in accordance with the Company's operating and compliance procedures at all times and to bring any potential or actual breaches to the immediate attention of the Head of Compliance
