You will be working within the Pensions function, you will be part of a team focussed on delivering excellent customerservice to colleagues, members and employers.

Working in a Pensions team to support the members with enquiries, this opportunity will provide you with the key knowledge and skills required to take that first step in your pension's career.

Pensions administrator duties:

  • To follow specified manual and computer based procedures and systems including; data input and changes, standard letters, pension's calculation and ensuring member salary and hours information is accurate.
  • To answer routine queries via telephone and letter and to liaise with employers and members to ensure all queries are promptly followed up and reconciled.
  • Enrolment and maintenance of employer and member records and production of membership certificates and letters to meet service level commitment.
  • To take responsibility for the accuracy of data at all times.
  • To develop knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for both the provision of accurate data and enrolments in line with customer service commitments.
  • To take responsibility for the quality and quantity of your own work as well as that of the team.
  • To enhance technical knowledge and skills by working across different teams/ Pensions Administration processes, in order to progress to Pensions Administrator role.
  • To comply with the Data Protection Policy when dealing with personal data in the course of employment including personal data relating to any employee, customer, client, supplier or agent of the Company.
Essential
Additional 3 GCSEs at grade C of above (or equivalent).

  • Basic pensions knowledge.
  • Willing to study towards CPA/DPA.
  • One year's previous office experience.
