About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Review outstanding invoices and prepare Better Payment Practice Code (BPPC) report
  • Produce and complete Supplier setup requests as and when required
  • Reconcile control accounts for Statement of Financial Position codes
  • Investigate unallocated income and advise correct allocation or budget code
  • Ensure VAT claim is submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Produce and upload the Accounts Payable Collection return
  • Support the production of the monthly agency cost analysis reconciliation
  • General Finance Administration

The Successful Applicant:


The Finance Assistant will:

  • Previous experience working in a finance environment
  • Have experience in a high volume processing role
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to learn
  • Have good Microsoft Excel skills
