We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work as part of our team providing a medical staffing support service for the medical and dental staff within the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.

The post is based in the Worthing Hospital with travel to other UH Sussex sites.


This role provides a comprehensive recruitment advisory and transaction administrative service to designated divisions for medical and dental positions to ensure that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional way, having regard for cost, quality, customer service and Trust policy.

Working closely with senior clinicians and directorate line managers to support the delivery of key clinical care within the Trust.


The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and will have the ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively in a busy and challenging environment.

Excellent IT, interpersonal and organisational skills are also essential for this role, as are the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and negotiate with senior managers and clinicians.

Previous experience of working in Human Resources/Medical Staffing/Recruitment within the NHS is desirable.
