The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced call handlers for our client in the Mansfield area

Working within a busy working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
  • Escalating problems to other members of the team
  • Data entry / use of computer software
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • General administration duties
  • Have a great knowledge of problem solving
  • Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
  • Excel at building rapport with customers
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication

Working hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 9am 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Pay rate is £11 to begin with, however there is also the potential of a pay increase, following a successful probation period

A full CV will be required, followed by an interview directly with the company
