The shift pattern for this position is rotational.

You will be involved in identifying at risk patients who sustain low trauma fragility fracture through the Fracture liaison service; working closely with the orthopaedic and orthogeriatric teams.

In addition, referrals are accepted for at risk persons from primary and secondary care clinicians.

An intense induction period will be provided to support service procedures and systems.

Applicants should have relevant post registration experience and be able to evidence Continuous Professional Development.

**We would strongly recommend that interested applicants contact Toni Kane (informal contact) to discuss the role. We would also be happy to arrange visits to the department.
