EF is searching for
Activities Coordinators to work within our Summer Activities Management team on the Isle of Wight next summer.

This role would be perfect for anyone looking to boost their CV by developing and enhancing a wide variety of skills while working in an international company.


What will you be doing?

  • Taking control of the financial and organisational aspect of the events calendar
  • Working as part of the wider activities management team to plan and promote unique weekly events that meet and exceed student expectations
  • Collecting, recording and banking income from selling activities
  • Updating and distributing activity vouchers to activity leaders
  • Welfare and discipline on activities and excursions
  • Managing activity stock level
  • As you will be moving around the island a driving license is desirable but not a must

Who will you be working with?

  • On the Island we deliver both activities and academics to our young travellers. Our team consists of
    Activity Leaders, Language Teachers and the
    Summer Management Team that are supported by an experienced senior management team. We are a mix of both local and international staff with a lot of experience between us

What is required?

  • To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
  • You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
  • You should have a great attention to detail with the ability to dissect event plans to ensure a fun and safe event for all students

Full training will be given prior to contract start date.

Salary:
£500.00-£550.00 per week
