Innovation Coordinator (Freelance)
Location:
Primarily remote, based in North West England
Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Online Meetings: Attend online meetings, ensuring the capture of all relevant information. Responsible for drafting concise minutes post-meeting and tracking actions thereafter.

Portal/SharePoint Management:Create and maintain client portals
Upload project deliverables and ensure proper formatting. Create client-specific pages and dashboards. Oversee the formatting and organization of databases

Report & Presentation: Prepare detailed client reports and power point presentations to effectively communicate findings and suggestions.

Partner Outreach: Contact potential partners to collect vital information that will aid in the innovation process.
Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree

Location:
Ideally based in North West England.

IT Skills: Strong IT skills are essential. While full training will be provided on our specific use of SharePoint, prior experience will be advantageous.

Communication: Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Scientific Acumen: While the role leans heavily on administration, having a robust understanding of the technologies and science we work with will be a significant advantage.
