As a Telephone Assessor you will be part of a busy team at Citizens Advice Westminster, answering calls from residents across the City Council and providing them with information and assessment.
You will be provided with full training and support, in order to ensure client's needs are accurately and quickly assessed within Citizens Advice guidelines and standards.

Salary:
£26,933.00-£28,385.00 per year

Experience:
- Microsoft ICT Package, customer relations database: 1 year (required)

- Citizen Advice's Gateway Assessor Learning Programme (preferred)

Hybrid remote in London
