Permanent Team Administrator opportunity working in Central London- This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property team
- Manage team schedules and coordinate meetings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Ensure the efficient functioning of the team by managing resources effectively
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives as required
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Team Administrator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
