Group Finance Analyst (12-month FTC)

Worcester with a good amount of WFH

£50,000 - £55,000


Our PE-backed, Worcester client requires a qualified accountant to join them as a Group Finance Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You'll have ownership of the business plan, helping to produce budgets and forecasts across the Group.

You'll managea small team that provides insightful analysis that drives strategic decisions and you will enjoy close ties with the Board as well as a range of internal stakeholders.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Preparing forecasts of the P&L and business performance to aid commercial decision-making
  • Improving and developing budgeting, forecasting and modelling capabilities
  • Analysing complex data, trends and historical performance to provide accurate recommendations
  • Presenting financial data through KPI metrics and dashboard reports
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Managing a small team of direct reports


We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record in FP&A, complex financial analysis and reporting, coupled with a thorough command of Excel.

You'll be a first-class communicator and able to develop effectiveworking relationships across the business, plus you'll be able to work at a pace in this PE-backed Group.
