A Customer Service advisor with expert communication skills is required to start within a well-known professional company with a fantastic working environment.

Main duties of a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Deliver a first-class service to customers over the phone
  • Input customer personal details onto a bespoke system
  • Capture medical history through open questioning
  • Deal with incoming queries and provide correct and factual information
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Be a clear and open communicator
  • Have a warm and friendly telephone manner
  • Have previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Is able to show empathy and compassion when required
  • Excellent listener and high attention to detail
  • IT literate
