    Graduate Corporate Researcher

    A leading role for a Graduate or Corporate Researcher, offering extensive learning opportunities and exposure to commercial M&A markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively create detailed reports through large-scale business research.
    • Investigate and compile reports on market trends, statistics, and competitor analysis.
    • Develop market research 'bundles' for client outreach and engagement.

    Research Operations:

    • Collaborate to develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential buyers and sellers.
    • Conduct market activity research and assess data quality.
    • Optimize existing buyer research lists to ensure data accuracy.
    • Monitor registered buyer data and utilize it for targeted campaigns.
    • Set up and launch email campaigns, tracking results and reporting findings.
    • Research and establish contact with potential buyers for new instructions and sector development.
    • Analyze and process press releases and news articles related to mergers and acquisitions.

    Requirements:

    • Business/Economics graduate with exceptional analytical skills.
    • Advanced written communication and Excel proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office.
    • Self-motivated and flexible, with ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
