  • Ownership of queries/issues from ARMs and JVPs, ensuring these are responded to and resolved efficiently and appropriately within SLA timelines
  • Improving service to partners through evaluation and corrective action and being the 'face of Finance' for the Operations team
  • Analysis of periodic performance of practices to identify areas of weakness, determine route cause and partnering with the relevant ARM to drive resolutions
  • Taking a proactive approach to periodic practice reviews, highlighting key discussion points to support ARMs with JVP finance reviews. Identification of added value opportunities for each practice, offering tailored and specific suggestions
  • Developing commercially viable business cases in partnership with business teams and through a detailed understanding of the business model, challenging as appropriate
  • Interpret risk, strategic cost and revenue implications for business cases and proposal and provide insight in respect of key metrics and indicators and the levers behind them
  • Analysing and interpreting financial statements and other valuation sources
  • Attending periodic Regional Meetings, communicating finance updates and presenting regional financial performance slide as well as proactive initiatives

About you

  • You'll be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Your experience will have provided you with a rounded finance view and you'll have worked within industry rather than purely from a practice environment
  • You'll be able to work at pace, delegating appropriately, managing your time effectivley and having a high level of organisational skills
  • A selfstarter who can work both independently and as part of a wider team
  • The ability to influence and challenge across teams, both within and outside of Finance
