Description

Due to our continued expansion, ADM are looking for a Client Services Officer to join the team This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and reputable MSP based in Knutsford, Cheshire.


Working with a team of Helpdesk Technicians you will be required to pick up and triage incidents that are logged via the helpdesk and provide a timely resolution, ensuring business continuity.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming calls to the Helpdesk, providing the first point of call for clients who have a technical issue.
  • Taking down accurate information in relation to their technical issue and logging a support ticket via the helpdesk.
  • Working on quick fix issues such password resets and general troubleshooting.
  • Assigning the relevant resource to resolve the issue efficiently and effectively.
  • Updating information via the helpdesk as required.
  • Liaising with clients to keep them up to date, managing their expectations with complex incidents.
  • Closing 'Support Tickets' when complete and tracking trends for recurring issues.
  • Deliver extremely professional, efficient, and accurate service.
  • Management of IT Hardware being received into the office, logging it onto the database.
  • Managing/Scheduling technical installs and technicians' diaries.
  • Support fieldbased engineering team.
  • When required help support the wider team on projects including working with sales and marketing.
  • Build strong client relationships through efficient communication.
  • Identify and resolve client pain points.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Proven experience working within Customer Services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner.
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving using a logical approach.
  • Ability to work well is a pressurised, busy environment.
  • Able to deal with people at all levels.
  • IT Literate
  • Previous experience working within scheduling/planning/maintenance is desirable.
  • GCSE grade C or better in maths and English or equivalent qualifications
