A collection specialist is an important yet rewarding role within the company, allowing for the development of knowledge and experience.
You will be expected to communicate daily with clients and debtors to ensure queries are being resolved and payments to SBL are actioned.
A collection specialist should be polite, professional and persistent.RESPONSIBILITES.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Solely responsible for managing your ledger.
- Ensure debtors meet due date deadlines.
- Chasing overdue invoices.
- Verifying invoices.
- Producing details and accurate reports.
- Issuing weekly and monthly statements.
- Resolving queries with clients and debtors.
- Educating clients on processes.
- Administration duties, including portal checks.

PREFERRED
- Experience working in a cash collection environment.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
