Description

We are recruiting for a Full time Maintenance Person to work across all our 6 Lilian Faithfull Sites for 37.

5 hours per week: Monday to Friday


Rate of pay based on experience/skills


As part of the maintenance team you will provide maintenance and building works to support the homes & community hubs, including general maintenance and all forms of construction works.

You will have carpentry skills ( Min two year experience)


You will also provide handyman cover when the homes are short of this support, this will include changing bulbs, repairing beds /equipment and other maintenance tasks, whilst ensuring that all operations are carried out safely providing the utmost care to residents & other staff members.
