About Us and the Role

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to take on a Senior Estates Surveyors role within Warwickshire County Council's Strategic Asset Management Team, working to ensure our extensive portfolio meets the best needs of our community as well as business requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary professional team which interfaces with a broad range of public sector services, working closely on commissioning property solutions to meet a variety of service requirements whilst ensuring they remain aligned to the medium-term financial strategy.

If you want to join this fast-paced team, you will need to be:

Qualified to degree level.
A member of the RICS.
A knowledgeable practitioner with experience in providing professional property advice within a large and diverse organisation.
A good communicator and competent in IT skills.
